Why I enjoy getting a phone number.

This post may seem pretty general.. but I feel there are some solid ideas that people have overlooked..

a lot of guys have been posting about how phone numbers suck.. and how they are so worthless because the girls never call or the girls flake.

What a lot of guys don’t realize though is that

not everything is about getting the lay.. phone numbers can be used for so much more

Sometimes a phone number is a social connection- it can get you into house parties or events that you wouldn’t normally get invited to. but that shit isn’t going to happen if you’re constantly pushing the number too far (and making things sexual too early)

a phone number can change your life.. there are experiences you might never get if you delete that one phone number.

if you are smart enough to know which numbers to use for what.. your connections will pay dividends over a long period of time.

I really try to maximize shit.

Its in your  best interest to build the best social circle you can… meet as many friends.. get as many connections.. phone numbers.. possibilities in your life.

You don’t want to be that guy with 3 phone numbers and nobody (zero prospects) to txt on a friday night

I’ve seen way too many guys obsess over one girl because they don’t have another choice.. don’t be that guy.

no girl is worth that bullshit

Being social and having lots of connections is really important.

I would even say it rivals getting laid regularly.

Phone numbers are opportunities ( I know it gets frustrating sometimes ) but thats really how you have to look at them.

I mean going out to parties with new people.. being introduced to new friends and having amazing experiences.

This can all be achieved with a little bit of networking and phone game.

phone numbers by themselves are very weak for sex– but just think.. u could get so much out of a phone number if not sex from that girl.

examples:

1. girl who buys you things

2. friend (girl) to hang out with and meet people

3. someone to clean your house for you (don’t laugh.. my pad gets trashed all the time)

4. someone to help you out in case you need some help with something or a favor

At the same time.. there are negatives.. and phone numbers really irritate some people.

Its like a challenge… lots of people get pissed off and say fuck this shit and just delete them..

the real question is.. can you handle it??

(“You flake on Me this Thursday and IL HAVE YOU KILLED!!”)

Game is supposed to be fun.. if you aren’t enjoying yourself..take a break..relax.. cause you’re taking shit too seriously..

when you can get something out of nothing.. thats a pretty awesome feeling.. It means you are succeeding on some level.

so recap:

1. Phone numbers allow you to stay sharp (keeping your social skills/calibration/game on point)

2. They provide entertainment and a chance at getting what you want provided you are clever.

3. They link you to all kinds of people and events.. increasing you social status and improving your quality of life

4. They give you a chance to really find out things about people and have amazing conversations that couldn’t take place any other way (it still surprises me what some girls will text )

In the end… You just gotta be optimistic.. not take life too seriously.. and enjoy everything you get.
